I’m Nando Giammaria, the proud co-owner of Keystone Mechanical Group Inc.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Back when I was picking a career line, instead of focusing on one area of specialization, I was drawn to a job that entailed a variety of trades. The role of an HVAC technician was the perfect fit for me as it incorporates several trades in one, and allows me to specialize in different areas such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

I got my big break as an HVAC assistant at the age of sixteen, when I took up a summer job. I subsequently dedicated sufficient time to the craft and became a licensed HVAC technician within two years.

In the thirty-nine years that I’ve been in business, I have noticed the industry has grown by leaps and bounds. Our business today cannot be compared to the past, we are now more technical, and the equipment we use is much more efficient.

It gives me immense satisfaction to know that customers are happy with our equipment and superior services. A happy customer is a satisfied customer, and customer satisfaction is what ultimately makes owning this business worth it.

The primary reason we have grown our client base and maintained our long-standing career owes to the fact that we complete every task in the best possible manner. Our team is also approachable and always provides services with a smile.

As an individual, I believe it is my proactive nature, problem-solving ability, and drive to continually learn better ways to perfect my skills that separates me from the crowd.

It pleases me to know that many of my personality traits, such as attention to detail, have rubbed off on my team. I owe a lot of my success to my employees, who are the glue that holds the whole operation together.

One occasion that stands out is when I had to rally the troops during the 2003 NorthEast Blackout, when errors made at a power plant in Akron, Ohio triggered a cascade of failures that ultimately brought down the electrical grid for much of the Northeastern and Midwestern United States and the Canadian province of Ontario. Over fifty million people were affected by the blackout, which crippled transportation and communication systems. In Toronto, hundreds of people were trapped in subway trains or elevators. This left many residential homes without heating or electricity. We stepped in and helped many families get back on their feet after the power plant failure, by efficiently installing HVAC equipment and generators.

When I am not performing my regular duties, I love to travel and explore new places. Fishing and sailing also help me relax and unwind.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC services in Toronto, ON, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.keystonemech.ca.

Sincerely,

Nando Giammaria
